1. Refund Eligibility: Most Common Refund Scenarios
We recognize that different situations lead to refund requests. Here is how we handle the most common occurrences:
- “Changed My Mind”: If you purchased a course by mistake or realized it isn’t the right fit, you can request a refund within 14 days, provided you have watched/accessed less than 40% of the content.
- Technical Difficulties: If you experience persistent technical issues (e.g., videos not loading, files not downloading) that our support team cannot resolve within 3 working days, you are eligible for a full refund regardless of your progress.
- Content Mismatch: If the course content differs significantly from the curriculum described on the sales page, we will investigate and issue a refund if the discrepancy is verified.
- Accidental Double Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same course twice, we will provide a 100% refund for the duplicate transaction immediately upon notification.
2. The Refund Process: Step-by-Step
If you meet the eligibility criteria above, please follow these steps to ensure a smooth return:

- Provide Details: In your email, include your Full Name, the Email Address used for the purchase, Course Name and your Order Number.
- State the Reason: Briefly describe why you are requesting a refund. This helps us improve our courses for future students.
- Internal Review: Our team will check your “Learning Progress Bar.” If your account shows you have consumed 40% or less of the lessons, your request will move to the final stage.
- Confirmation: You will receive an email within 2-3 working days notifying you if your refund has been approved or denied based on the usage data.
3. Receiving Your Money
- Method: All refunds are issued back to the original payment method (e.g., the specific debit card or PayPal account used). We cannot send refunds to a different bank account for security reasons.
- Timeline: Once approved, it typically takes 7–14 working days for the funds to appear in your statement, depending on your bank’s processing times.
- Access Removal: The moment a refund is processed, your access to the course, student forums, and downloadable certificates will be automatically revoked.
4. Course Cancellations by ScholarsClub
Sometimes, we may need to cancel or withdraw a course due to instructor unavailability or content updates.
- Platform-Led Cancellation: If we cancel a course before you start, you get 100%. If we must retire a course while you are enrolled, we will offer a choice between a proportionate refund or a full credit for another course.
- Your Choice: In this event, you can choose between a 100% refund or a credit of equal value to be used on any other course in our library.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be granted if:
- Course completion exceeds 40%
- The refund request is made after 14 days
- The course is marked as Non-Refundable
- Downloadable resources or certificates have been fully accessed (unless required by law)

- Review the Course Curriculum and watch any available “Free Preview” lessons.
- Check the Technical Requirements (e.g., specific software needed for the course).
