1. The ScholarsClub “Club Rules” (User Conduct)
By creating an account, you agree to a standard of behavior that keeps our community professional and productive.
- One Account, One User: Your login details are for your eyes only. Sharing your account with others is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate ban without a refund.
- Professionalism: Our forums and discussion boards are for learning. We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, hate speech, or the promotion of external products/spam.
- The “No-Robot” Rule: You may not use any automated scrapers, bots, or AI tools to “harvest” content from our platform.
2. Our Intellectual Property (The “Rights” Section)
All material on www.scholarsclub.co.uk—including but not limited to videos, PDFs, quizzes, graphics, and the “ScholarsClub” brand itself—is the exclusive property of ScholarsClub or its licensors.
- Limited License: When you buy a course, we are not selling you the “files.” We are granting you a limited, non-exclusive license to view that content for your personal education.
- Prohibited Acts: You do not have the right to record, screen-capture, redistribute, resell, or publicly perform any of our content.
- Modifications: You may not “remix” or create derivative works based on our teaching materials or proprietary methods.
3. Our Management Rights (Platform Authority)
To maintain the quality of the platform, ScholarsClub reserves the following rights:
- Right to Remove: We may remove any user-generated content (comments or posts) that we deem inappropriate or off-topic.
- Right to Update: We may update, change, or retire course content at any time to ensure the information remains current and accurate.
- Right to Terminate: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately if we suspect a breach of these terms, copyright infringement, or fraudulent activity.
4. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for excellence, ScholarsClub provides educational content “as is.”
- No Guarantee of Results: We provide the tools for learning, but we do not guarantee specific career outcomes, salary increases, or exam success.
- Service Uptime: We aim for 99.9% uptime, but we are not liable for temporary outages caused by third-party hosting providers or essential maintenance.
