- Quizzes, assessments, and proprietary software code.
- Website design, graphics, and logos.

When you purchase a course from ScholarsClub, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the content.
- This license is for personal, non-commercial educational use only.
- You may download materials only where a “Download” button is explicitly provided by the platform.
3. Prohibited Uses
You are strictly prohibited from:
- Republishing: Posting ScholarsClub content on other websites, social media, or file-sharing platforms.
- Commercial Exploitation: Selling, renting, or sub-licensing our content.
- Reproduction: Photocopying, screen-recording, or duplicating materials for distribution to others.

4. Copyright Infringement

5. Monitoring and Enforcement

- Automated Bans: Accounts found to be “scraping” data or logging in from multiple geographic locations simultaneously may be flagged for copyright review.
- Legal Consequences: Unauthorized use of our materials may result in immediate account termination without refund and, where necessary, legal action for damages or injunctive relief under UK law.
