Copyright Policy

1. Statement of Ownership

Unless otherwise stated, ScholarsClub and/or its licensors (Instructors) own the intellectual property rights for all material on www.scholarsclub.co.uk. All intellectual property rights are reserved. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Video lectures and audio content.
  • Written course materials, PDFs, and workbooks.
  • Quizzes, assessments, and proprietary software code.
  • Website design, graphics, and logos.

2. Grant of License

When you purchase a course from ScholarsClub, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the content.

  • This license is for personal, non-commercial educational use only.
  • You may download materials only where a “Download” button is explicitly provided by the platform.

3. Prohibited Uses

You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Republishing: Posting ScholarsClub content on other websites, social media, or file-sharing platforms.
  • Commercial Exploitation: Selling, renting, or sub-licensing our content.
  • Reproduction: Photocopying, screen-recording, or duplicating materials for distribution to others.
  • Derivative Works: Creating your own courses or materials based on our unique curriculum or teaching structures.

4. Copyright Infringement

ScholarsClub respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe that any content on our platform infringes upon your copyright, please submit a “Notice of Infringement” to [email protected] with the following:

  1. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  2. The URL of the material on our site that you claim is infringing.
  3. Your contact information (Address, telephone, and email).
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.

5. Monitoring and Enforcement

We use digital watermarking and tracking technologies to monitor for unauthorized distribution.

  • Automated Bans: Accounts found to be “scraping” data or logging in from multiple geographic locations simultaneously may be flagged for copyright review.
  • Legal Consequences: Unauthorized use of our materials may result in immediate account termination without refund and, where necessary, legal action for damages or injunctive relief under UK law.
