ScholarsClub Honor Code & Community Guidelines
1. Academic Integrity (The Honor Code)
By joining ScholarsClub, you commit to honest learning. You agree that:
- Authentic Work: Any quizzes, assessments, or projects you submit are your own work.
- No Cheating: You will not share exam answers or “leaked” assessment keys with other students.
- AI Usage: While AI can be a tool for learning, you will not use it to bypass the effort required to earn a ScholarsClub certificate unless explicitly permitted by the course instructor.
2. Community Standards (The Discussion Rules)
Our student forums and comment sections are safe spaces for growth. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for:
- Harassment & Bullying: Any form of discrimination based on race, gender, religion, or disability.
- Self-Promotion: Do not use our community to sell your own products, services, or affiliate links (Spam).
- Toxic Behavior: Persistent “trolling,” aggressive language, or demeaning other learners’ questions.
3. Professionalism
ScholarsClub is a professional network.
- Constructive Feedback: We encourage debate, but keep it focused on the content, not the person.
- Privacy: Do not share the personal contact details of other students or instructors outside the platform without their express consent.
4. Consequences of Violation
To maintain the integrity of the “Club,” we reserve the following rights:
- Warning: For minor first-time offenses, a formal warning will be issued.
- Content Removal: Any post violating these rules will be deleted immediately.
- Suspension/Expulsion: Serious or repeat violations (such as cheating or harassment) will result in an immediate account ban.
- Certificate Revocation: If cheating is discovered after a certificate is issued, ScholarsClub reserves the right to void that certificate.
Note: As per our Refund Policy, users banned for violating the Honor Code or Community Guidelines are not eligible for a refund, regardless of their course progress.
